Following the lead of our founder, Adolph Kolping, we want to be an open house, and keep up to date with the needs of our time. Since Autumn 2007 we have used a small part of our building as a luxury youth hostel throughout the year. Since then, we have been able to offer young people, perhaps short term visitors or participants in exchange programmes, the opportunity to spend a few days or weeks in a lively house, without getting bored. Daily visitors are welcome.

During the summer the building is available to larger groups.

Kolpinghaus is surrounded by sporting facilities. But it is not just to sports organisations that our gastronomic menu is on offer.

We have a dining hall which can seat up to 200 people, and warm meals are available if pre-booked.

We can also rent out the Kolpingsaal, without catering service, for any events, talks or presentations.
